Return and Refund Policy

I. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE At SONGMICS, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If your acquisition does not meet your expectations, our structured return framework is designed to facilitate a transparent and efficient resolution. Please review our standardized protocols below.

II. THE 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW We maintain a strict 30-day return policy, effective from the date of confirmed delivery. To ensure a successful return and full reimbursement, items must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original state with all SONGMICS security tags and labels attached.

  • Complete Packaging: All items must be returned in their original protective packaging.

  • Verification: A valid Order ID or official digital invoice is required for all return processing.

III. AUTHORIZED RETURN PROTOCOL To initiate a formal return, please reach out to our global support team at service@songmics.store.

  • RMA Requirement: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.

  • Important Notice: Shipments sent to our facility without prior formal authorization will not be accepted and will be ineligible for a refund.

IV. TRANSIT DISCREPANCIES & MANUFACTURING DEFECTS Please perform an immediate inspection of your SONGMICS package upon arrival. If you identify any transit damage, manufacturing flaws, or incorrect items, you must notify us at service@songmics.store within 48 hours. We will prioritize your claim to provide an expedited replacement or a comprehensive refund.

V. NON-RETURNABLE CLASSIFICATIONS Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of specific goods, the following items are excluded from our return policy:

  • Personalized or custom-manufactured products.

  • Hygiene-sensitive goods or personal care items.

  • "Final Sale" items and electronic Gift Cards.

  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

VI. EUROPEAN UNION "COOLING-OFF" PERIOD In accordance with EU regulations, residents of the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. This legal right exists alongside our standard 30-day brand policy, provided the goods remain in their original, merchantable condition.

VII. REIMBURSEMENT TIMELINES Once your return is received and passes our quality control inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method: Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment source (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Duration: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the transaction to be reflected in your account.
